In the app
- Open CourtSlot and tap your profile icon at the top right to open Account.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email pirowengelbrecht02@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my CourtSlot account". Send it from the email address you sign in with, or include your cell number, so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: the Apple or Google account link, with the email address and name it gave us.
- The cell number you confirmed with an SMS code.
- Your devices' notification registrations.
What your coach keeps
Your coach keeps their own records of your sessions, packages and payments, including any proof of payment you uploaded, because they are the coach's business records. If you sign in to CourtSlot again later with the same account or cell number, you are linked to them again. To have those records removed as well, ask your coach, or say so in your email.
